Internal AI audit — from interviews to POC

The problem

The team knew AI could help but didn’t know where to start. Multiple potential use cases competed for attention without a clear ROI ranking or implementation plan.

What we built

Interviewed 3 product managers who work directly with customers, compiled research and findings into a structured document, presented to senior software developers, and decided on the best problem to tackle based on value. Built a POC and roadmap for implementation.
